We do not establish an attorney-client relationship, and we do not offer legal interpretations, recommendations, or opinions regarding laws, forms, or filing strategies. You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the information you submit and for ensuring that any documents filed through our platform meet the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.
1. Use of Services
The services provided by LLCBooster Group LLC are intended to be used in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United States related to business formation, reporting, and ongoing compliance.
Access to the Services from countries or territories subject to U.S. government sanctions is strictly prohibited.
LLCBooster Group LLC is not a bank and does not offer banking or escrow services.
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we reserve the right to change or update such providers at any time without prior notice.
Consent to Use Technical Data
While using the LLCBooster platform, we may collect technical and analytical data such as:
- IP address and general location,
- browser type and operating system,
- actions performed on the website or within your user account.
This data is collected and processed in a non-personally identifiable form and used for purposes such as:
- improving service performance and user experience,
- ensuring platform security and reliability,
- conducting internal analytics and usage statistics.
We may use third-party tools (such as analytics and monitoring systems) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
We do not share personal data with third parties unless required for service delivery or by applicable law.
2. Types of Services
LLCBooster offers two categories of services:
- One-time services: EIN Filing, BOI Filing, Annual Report, Company Amendments, Dissolution.
- Subscription-based services: Registered Agent, Mailbox, Business Address.
Each service may be governed by additional terms and conditions. By purchasing or using any service, you agree to the applicable terms associated with that specific product.

The use of certain LLCBooster services is governed by additional service-specific agreements. These include:

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
LLCBooster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Use.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Services.
5. Access to the Site and the Service
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the LLCBooster platform (including the website, user dashboard, and available tools) strictly for your own business or personal use related to the Services.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or competitive purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- License, sell, rent, reproduce, or commercially exploit any portion of the site or its content
- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code of our software
- Use the platform to develop a competing service or product
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect or replicate content or data
Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
If you are subscribed to recurring paid services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any material change affecting your subscription takes effect.
Support
While LLCBooster strives to maintain the platform in a reliable and stable condition, technical support is only provided where explicitly included as part of a specific service.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and content displayed on the platform are the intellectual property of LLCBooster Group LLC or its licensors.
Using the platform does not grant you any rights to this content, except for the limited license outlined above.
Authorized Signatory
By ordering services such as company formation, amendments, or filings, you authorize LLCBooster Group LLC or its designated representatives to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of submitting government filings required to fulfill your order.
This authorization applies only within the scope of the selected service and does not constitute legal representation or create an attorney-client relationship.
Entity Name Availability
We may offer a courtesy check of your desired business name in public registries. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that the chosen name complies with applicable laws, is available for use, and does not infringe on any trademarks or licensing requirements.
Payment Security
All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers.
For full details regarding payment processing, data security, and PCI-DSS compliance, please refer to Section 11 of this Agreement.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Some features of the LLCBooster platform may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI), such as auto-filling forms, generating text content, or assisting with basic support and document handling.
These AI tools are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
We do not guarantee that any content generated by AI will be accurate, complete, secure, or appropriate for your specific situation.
You use AI-based content at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability and accuracy of any AI-generated output before relying on it to make business, legal, or financial decisions.
You are prohibited from using AI Services to create, upload, or distribute any content that:
- is offensive, pornographic, threatening, or unlawful;
- violates the rights of others;
- is misleading, deceptive, or harmful;
- contains phishing, scams, or malware.
You should avoid using the AI services for processing highly sensitive personal data or data related to individuals under the age of 18.
7. Service Fees and Billing Terms
LLCBooster Group LLC offers both one-time services and subscription-based services with automatic renewal, including but not limited to:
- EIN Filing
- BOI Report Filing
- Annual Report Filing
- Registered Agent Services
- Business Address Services
- Mailbox Services
Payment Terms
- All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
- You authorize recurring billing for any subscription-based services using the payment method stored in your account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- If a payment fails, your access to the Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
- You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@llcbooster.com.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:
- One-time services (e.g., EIN, BOI Report): Refunds are available only before the filing is submitted to relevant authorities. Once submitted, the service becomes non-refundable.
- Subscription services: You may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment, as long as the service has not been delivered.
- After 30 days or once the service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Please note that government filing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once submitted.

8. User Content
Definition
“User Content” refers to any information you enter, upload, or submit through the LLCBooster platform, including but not limited to:
- Company names and addresses
- Owner, director, or beneficiary information
- Uploaded documents (e.g., ID scans, forms, filings)
- System-generated data based on your input (e.g., prefilled forms, EIN submissions)
- Messages or communications sent through the platform
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
By submitting this information, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to provide it
- It does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- It is truthful, up to date, and complete to the best of your knowledge
Right to Use
By submitting User Content, you grant LLCBooster Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such content as necessary to provide the Services you have requested.
Some content may be processed automatically, including with the use of AI tools, but you remain fully responsible for its accuracy.
Prohibited Submissions
You agree not to upload or submit any content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening
- Contains malware, viruses, or phishing attempts
- Is false, misleading, or intended to deceive
- Includes personal information of third parties without their explicit consent
Data Removal and Retention
LLCBooster reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
We are not obligated to retain any User Content and may delete it upon account termination or inactivity.
You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your submissions if needed.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The LLCBooster platform may include links, integrations, or references to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to:
- Government registries and databases
- Payment processors and banking APIs
- Accounting or legal platforms
- Partners, vendors, or service providers
These links are provided for your convenience only. LLCBooster does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, policies, or reliability of these third-party resources.
Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and governed by the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.
We recommend exercising discretion and reviewing applicable terms before engaging with any external provider.
Affiliate and Referral Relationships
LLCBooster may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from certain third-party providers featured on our platform.
Such relationships do not affect the objectivity of our recommendations, and you are under no obligation to use any third-party service suggested by us.
No Liability for External Providers
Any relationship, agreement, or transaction between you and a third-party provider is strictly between you and that provider.
LLCBooster shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or issue arising from your use of third-party tools, services, or websites, whether or not they were mentioned or linked on our platform.
10. Business Transfer and Data Disclosure
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction involving LLCBooster Group LLC, some or all user information may be transferred as part of the business assets.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent that such a transfer may occur.
Any acquiring or successor entity will be required to honor the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy (or adopt substantially equivalent terms offering equal or greater protection for your data).
All transfers of user data in the context of a business transaction will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and industry-standard security measures.
11. Restricted Payment Activities and Risk Disclosures
Prohibited Activities
You may not use LLCBooster or its payment channels for any activity involving:
- Illegal or fraudulent transactions
- Phishing, scams, or money laundering
- Gambling, betting, sweepstakes, or lotteries
- Sale or distribution of firearms, ammunition, or military-grade equipment
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Controlled substances, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
- Unlicensed fundraising or donation platforms
- High-risk financial operations not permitted under law
LLCBooster reserves the right to deny service or suspend accounts suspected of engaging in any of the above.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If a payment is disputed (chargeback), the dispute will be handled according to the applicable payment processor’s rules.
- You agree to cooperate with LLCBooster and the payment provider in resolving any claims.
- In case of unauthorized chargebacks, we reserve the right to terminate access to your account and seek reimbursement for damages or fees incurred.
Payment Errors
If you notice a duplicate charge or other billing error, please contact us promptly at support@llcbooster.com.
We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
If the issue is caused by the payment provider, it will be resolved under their policies.
Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to your use of LLCBooster services.
LLCBooster does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf and does not offer tax advice.
Payment Security and Compliance
All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers.
LLCBooster does not store credit card data and strives to follow industry best practices for transaction security.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you continue to use the LLCBooster Services.
LLCBooster Group LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to any part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Submission of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information
- Suspected misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity
- Discontinuation of Services or platform functionality
Upon termination:
- Your access to the platform will be revoked
- All associated data, files, or submitted content may be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery
- LLCBooster shall not be liable for any resulting loss of data, business opportunity, or damages

- Limitations of liability
- Indemnification
- Dispute resolution
- Any other provisions which, by their nature, should remain in effect
13. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. In case of material changes, we may notify you via:

- an email sent to the address on file.
By continuing to use the Services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is current and that you regularly review this Agreement.
14. Delays and External Factors
Service availability may be subject to delays or interruptions beyond our control, including:
- internet outages,
- technical failures,
- government processing delays (e.g., from IRS, Secretary of State),
- or third-party system downtimes.
LLCBooster Group LLC shall not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or resulting losses caused by such external circumstances.
15. Export Restrictions
The LLCBooster website and services may be subject to U.S. export control laws and related regulations in other jurisdictions.
You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any technical data obtained from LLCBooster in violation of U.S. export laws or other applicable export/import regulations.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
LLCBooster makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement,
- warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information,
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services,
- protection from data loss, unauthorized access, or system failure,
- or that the Services will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the Services entirely at your own risk.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLCBooster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of profits, data, or business opportunities,
- service disruptions or technical failures,
- delays or omissions caused by third parties or government agencies,
- user-submitted content, or
- any other damages related to your use of the Services.
In any case, LLCBooster’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
- $500 USD, or
- the amount you have paid to LLCBooster in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the form of action and whether or not LLCBooster was advised of the possibility of such damages.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLCBooster Group LLC, including its employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers, from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) that arise out of or relate to:
- your violation of these Terms,
- any false, inaccurate, or harmful information you submit to LLCBooster,
- your infringement of third-party rights or applicable laws.
LLCBooster reserves the exclusive right to control the defense and settlement of any such claims, and you agree to cooperate fully with LLCBooster in asserting any available defenses.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to your use of the LLCBooster Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, except where otherwise permitted by law (e.g., small claims court).
Arbitration Rules:
- Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider (e.g., the American Arbitration Association).
- Arbitration may be conducted remotely (via telephone or online).
- Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
- Each party is responsible for its own legal fees and shares the arbitration costs equally.
- The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action:
By agreeing to these Terms, you and LLCBooster waive:
- your right to a jury trial,
- and your right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
All claims must be resolved on an individual basis.
Confidentiality:
All arbitration proceedings, including any related documents or outcomes, shall remain strictly confidential unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions:
This arbitration agreement shall not apply to:
- defamation claims,
- intellectual property disputes (trademarks, copyrights, patents),
- claims involving unauthorized access or misuse of data.
Jurisdiction:
If the arbitration clause is deemed unenforceable or an exception applies, you agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, United States.
20. Final Legal Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LLCBooster regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, or understandings.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Unless otherwise stated in the arbitration section, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on venue or forum.
Any claim related to this Agreement or use of the Services must be brought within one (1) year from the date it arises, or it shall be permanently barred.
If your use of the Services is terminated or expires, the following provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect:
Sections on account obligations, content restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any others that by their nature should survive.
21. Miscellaneous
You may not assign, transfer, or resell this Agreement or your rights under it without prior written consent from LLCBooster. Any attempted assignment will be null and void.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture between you and LLCBooster.
Notices
You agree that LLCBooster may send legally binding notices to you via:
- email,
- your account dashboard, or
- announcements published directly on the website.
Notices shall be considered delivered:
- upon confirmation of delivery, or
- within two (2) business days of being sent, whichever occurs first.
You consent to receiving all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications from LLCBooster in electronic form, which shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
