Commercial Mail Receiving Service Terms

LLCBooster Group LLC

1. Authorization

By subscribing to the LLCBooster Commercial Mailbox Service (“Mailbox Service”), you authorize LLCBooster Group LLC (“LLCBooster”) to act as your authorized mail agent and to receive incoming business mail on your behalf. You confirm that you have reviewed and understand the requirements of USPS Form 1583, and agree that LLCBooster may act as your designated agent for mail reception.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

keeping your contact and forwarding information up to date,
informing LLCBooster of any changes to your USPS Form 1583 or mailing instructions,
submitting an updated USPS Form 1583 if any of the information changes.

3. Remailing Schedule

First-class mail will be forwarded weekly.
All other mail types (e.g., non-priority, promotional) will be forwarded monthly.
Mail received during the week of Thanksgiving will be sent the following week.
Mail received between Christmas and New Year’s Day will be consolidated and shipped as a single batch after the holiday period.

4. Packages and Restricted Mail

LLCBooster is authorized to receive business mail only.
Personal mail, packages, and large parcels are not accepted and should not be sent to our address.
If such items are received, LLCBooster reserves the right to charge for additional postage or handling.
We do not forward mail to addresses outside the United States.

5. Force Majeure

LLCBooster is not responsible for delays in forwarding or remailing due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

labor shortages or strikes,
fire, flooding, or water damage,
natural disasters or extreme weather,
government actions or restrictions,
other force majeure events.

No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

6. Payment

If LLCBooster is unable to charge your payment method for Mailbox Services, you will have five (5) business days to update your billing information.

Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the Mailbox Service.

7. Termination of Service

Upon termination or cancellation of your Mailbox Service:

LLCBooster is under no obligation to forward or remail any mail received after service ends.
Any unclaimed or incoming mail may be returned to the sender without notice.
